All creatures beneath the surface of Victoria Harbour were drawn to the spectacular fireworks display over the harbour. And they were jealous of Hong Kong, for having such a beautiful harbour. Soon after, they decided to build their own Victoria Harbour by uniting all the sea creatures. After all the hassle, they found out .....

All the buildings along Victoria Harbour are digitised so that they can communicate with aliens and tell them how beautiful our harbour is.

At that time, Victoria Harbour was still magnificent and attracted animals to build their natural habitat here. We did not have to visit them in the zoo - animals were our good neighbours.

Buildings on both sides of the Harbour are wrapped up like presents, huge and impressive.

My ideal Victoria Harbour is an untamed harbour. A wide variety of plants grow on the walls of buildings and the seashore is a sandy beach, giving us a feeling of being in the wild.

Harbour Garden

This model is called "Garden in the sea", comprised of 3 vibrant musical fountains. In addition to plants, which are used for greening the harbour, jogging tracks were built so that visitors can walk and enjoy the views. We also designed the glass sight-seeing boat for tourists to enjoy the gorgeous view of the harbour. "Garden in the sea" will become the new landmark of the harbour.

The older generation is always reminiscing over Victoria Harbour - about cross-harbour swimming contests and dragon boat festivals, and eating fish caught from the harbour. Nowadays, Hong Kong people cannot eat the fish from the Harbour, which stinks and is hazardous to our health, not to mention swimming in the sea. After all, reclamation stole away our pleasant dreams of HK.

When the real Victoria Harbour has diminished because of reclamation, the children turn concrete into ocean waters. Victoria Harbour is my vast area of fantasyland, scenery and serenity.

As we know, Hong Kong is a harbour city. Victoria Harbour is the very picture of Hong Kong. Bauhinias are the symbols of the HK government and the Hong Kong people. The flowers blossom resembling the prosperity of HK. Let's work towards this inspiring future.

My Pinkuresque Harbour Ring

My Hong Kong harbour has many beautiful nostalgic features, things you can always cherish and remember. Dolphins at the Dolphinarium Marine Park, one of few places possible. Cyclist and pedestrians view Hong Kong's landscape whenever, through the Harbour Ring Path, Marine life seen at the Under Harbour Glass Canopy.

Treasure and Leisure in My Harbour

The treasure of the Harbour is "Natural sea lives". Man should treasure this gift – So close to city! Preserve and Enjoy! The proposal is to experiment a prototype to designate the seashore as a "protected zone" where one can enjoy water activities (Leisure) and close contact to the sea lives (Treasure).

Victoria Park is the oasis of our city. Many activities are held here. We wish the oasis can grow and spread along the Victoria Harbour so that our cement forest can be filled with more colours, activities and laughter.

Imagine that a waterfront green featured corridor extends from Star Ferry & Hunghom, from IFC to North Point; the new Central-Wanchai highway runs underground; ferry lines connect both sides. The green corridor is a miles-long pedestrian circuit for locals and tourists. Hongkong deserves a world-class waterfront.

Harmony
和諧

The project name "Harmony" presents the eternal love between mankind and the nature. Smooth and colourful fabrics are used to disseminate this notion. The green top of the building reflects that the people inside always strive for a "green" environment – no more reclamation, love our Victoria Harbour.

I wish our Harbour was less polluted, with a green environment, so that we can enjoy more fresh air. This will brighten up the city and our lives.

My ideal Victoria Harbour is a beautiful place full of plants. So I drew a garden, with a long corridor of plants and a huge aquarium for visitors.

It would be fun if there was a monster in the middle of Victoria Harbour.

I wish Victoria Harbour was a clear turquoise sea, reflecting brilliant neon lights from buildings surrounding the Harbour into the sea. This would make Victoria Harbour the signature feature of Hong Kong

Victoria Harbour is a precious natural resource, bringing prosperity and a vibrant life to Hong Kong people. We should love it and refrain from reclamation.

My Victoria Harbour is full of harmonious colours, scents from nature and environmental protection. It is vibrant, yet not too cosmopolitan. It keeps living creatures living together in peace while making people joyful in a theme park mood!

The quiet Victoria Harbour keeps our trouble away and provides a source of fun to sailing enthusiasts. Tireless and energetic hot balloons can be used to show tourists the environment surrounding the Harbour. The Kowloon seaside should have a waterfront promenade park and have different kinds of flowers and plants planted for the public.

Victoria Harbour is versatile, meeting everybody's needs, with all kinds of facilities, such as a solar bridge that provides energy, and other features for leisure, which would make Victoria Harbour even more fascinating.

The model is white in colour, in a wish to keep Victoria Harbour clean forever. Different colours of water in Victoria Harbour are made up of hands of all sizes, meaning everyone should protect the Victoria Harbour with their own hands.

Here lies a cruise liner in the gorgeous, deep water harbour. Cruises, Cargo Ships and Ferries represent Hong Kong as an important economic pillar, as a "cash cow". Dolphins are swimming. The lovely grassy seashore becomes an ideal walk for visitors and tourists.

Hong Kong Harbour Heritage Trail – a plan to entrench the historical and environmental significance of Hong Kong Harbour. The artistic rendering of the plan (in felt-tip pen, pencil crayon, collage (computer-generated graphics and text-art)) is a message to those deciding Hong Kong's future development: Be brave. It can be done.

Every time I look at Victoria Harbour, I would love to see the green reflection of the harbour from its dark surface. The greenery and waves will add to the charm of Victoria Harbour.
